Our story

I built the supportI couldn’t find.

Endo Protocol began with two ovarian cysts, a choice between painkillers and surgery, and a lot of late nights reading. This is the plan I wish someone had handed me.

It started halfway through a set of burpees.

I was in a CrossFit class when I felt an extreme pain low in my abdomen. It didn’t go away.

An ultrasound eventually found two ovarian cysts — one 3.6 cm, the other 5.8 cm. The pain became unbearable. It affected my work, my routine, and my ability to feel like myself. I remember sitting at my desk with a heat pack, trying to push through. Looking back, I don’t know why I made myself go in.

“I was told my options were
painkillers or surgery.”

So I went down a rabbit hole.

Desperate to understand whether there was anything else I could do, I watched other women share their experiences. I read the studies, explored Chinese medicine, and learned everything I could about nutrition and lifestyle.

Then I organised what I’d found into a structured, daily protocol — herbs, food, my home, and the way I looked after myself.

What happened next.

After following it consistently for two weeks, I was no longer living in agonising pain. When I went back for a scan about a month later, the cysts were no longer visible. I felt like I’d been given my life back — so I stopped.

Two years later, a painfully familiar feeling returned. Another ultrasound found lesions. I went back to the protocol and had the same improvement, and I haven’t needed to return to it since.

That experience became something bigger.

Too many women are losing days, work, relationships and pieces of their lives to these conditions. Some are bedridden. Some go through repeated procedures. Many are left making sense of scattered, conflicting information on their own.

Endo Protocol brings what I gathered into one place — structured learning, the research, daily tracking, practical recipes, and a community of women who get it. I built the platform I wish I’d had when the pain first began.

What we believe

Four promises we
built everything around.

  • A plan, not just painkillers.

You deserve more than a way to endure it — a daily plan you can actually follow, in an order that makes sense.

  • Honest about the evidence.

We link every study we cite, and we say so when the evidence is thin. Promising isn’t the same as proven.

  • Alongside your care, never instead of it.

Keep your appointments, scans and prescriptions. The protocol fits around them — and tells you when to go and get seen.

  • Nothing to sell you.

We don’t sell herbs and we don’t take a cut. We name the exact products so you can buy them wherever suits you.

How the protocol was built

From fifty open tabs
to one daily plan.

  1. Step 1

    Read the research

200+ trials on Chinese herbs, food and self-care — most of them never mentioned in a fifteen-minute appointment.

  2. Step 2

    Learned from Chinese medicine

How the classical formulas fit together, what goes first, and what never to combine.

  3. Step 3

    Listened to women

What other women said actually helped — and what made no difference at all.

  4. Step 4

    Organised it into one plan

Four parts, in the right order, with a diary that shows you what’s working.

If you’re here, you’ve waited
long enough.

Two minutes. It matches you to the right track, flags anything that isn’t safe for you, and tells you honestly if this isn’t what you need.
