Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Endo Protocol website, quiz, member portal and any related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who we are
Endo Protocol is an Australian-operated, subscription-based educational platform for women living with endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts and fibroids. Endo Protocol is operated by Ariel Honi Beninca (ABN 56 559 277 024), trading as Endoprotocol, a registered Australian business name. You can contact us at support@endoprotocol.com.
Educational information, not medical advice
Endo Protocol provides educational information, structure, tracking tools and peer community support about lifestyle practices and traditional herbal approaches used by some women living with endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts.
The Service is not medical advice, diagnosis or personalised medical treatment. It is not a cure, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified medical practitioner. It is not an alternative to surgery or prescribed medication where those are appropriate for you. Nothing on the Service should be used to delay seeking medical care. Full detail is set out in our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The eligibility quiz
The quiz asks about your symptoms, conditions and certain safety and contraindication factors so we can tell you whether Endo Protocol looks like a fit and, if so, personalise your protocol track. The quiz is a screening and personalisation tool only. It does not diagnose any medical condition, and answering it is not a substitute for a proper medical assessment. If you have a medical emergency or symptoms that need urgent attention, seek medical care immediately: Endo Protocol is not an emergency service.
The membership
A paid Endo Protocol membership gives you access to the protocol content for your condition track, the daily diary, recipes, the community, and related member-portal features, for the duration of your chosen plan. No physical products — herbs, supplements or food — are included in the membership price. Where the protocol names specific products, you are responsible for sourcing and paying for them separately, and for checking their suitability with your own healthcare provider or pharmacist.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Tell us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable use and community content
The community and recipe-comment features are for peer support. When you post, you agree not to:
- give medical advice, or present your personal experience as something another member should rely on instead of their own clinician’s advice;
- post content that is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory;
- post content that infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights;
- impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- use the Service to advertise or sell unrelated products or services; or
- attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
You are responsible for content you post. We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this section — see Suspension and termination.
Content you post in the community or as a recipe comment is visible to other signed-in members. Do not post information you are not comfortable sharing with the community.
Intellectual property
The Endo Protocol name, branding, protocol content, recipes and website design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access this content for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the protocol content, or share your account access with anyone else.
You retain ownership of content you post in the community or as a recipe comment, and by posting it you grant us a licence to display it on the Service as part of operating the community.
Payments, plans and billing
Endo Protocol currently offers two access options: a recurring monthly plan, and a one-time lifetime access plan that does not renew. Current pricing is shown on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; see our Privacy Policy for how billing information is handled.
Full detail on billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time before its next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation, refund eligibility and what happens to your access and your data when you cancel are all set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services re-supplied or refunded if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Australian Consumer Law above, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular health outcome will result from using it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Australian Consumer Law above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the membership in the period giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules above, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security or safety risk to the platform or other members. Where reasonably possible, we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time — see how to delete your account in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify members directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
